Rosewood House has been a home — not just a care home — since 2006. We occupy a beautifully converted Victorian property in Highgate, North London, and we care for up to 24 residents. Our size is deliberate. Small means everyone knows everyone. Small means nothing gets missed.
We're located minutes from Hampstead Heath, with easy access by tube. Our residents have their own rooms, a shared south-facing garden, and spaces that feel genuinely like home.

The care we provide
We offer a range of residential and nursing care services, all delivered by a permanent, experienced team who know every resident individually.
Nursing Care
Our registered nurses provide round-the-clock clinical care, medication management, wound care, and coordination with NHS and specialist services.
Dementia Care
A calm, familiar environment designed around the needs of people living with dementia, with person-centred care and reminiscence therapy.
Respite Care
Short-term stays from one week to several months, giving family carers vital rest while their loved one is safe and well looked after.
