Fees at Rosewood House are based on the level of care required and the room selected. We believe in being clear and reassuring from the very beginning. There are no hidden charges for routine care, meals, or daily activities, and you will always receive a full written breakdown before making any decisions.
Weekly fees
Our fees vary depending on individual care needs and accommodation preferences.

Dementia care
From £1,350 per week
Nursing care

Each resident is unique, so we carry out a personal assessment to ensure the right level of support is in place. This allows us to provide a clear and accurate fee tailored to your circumstances.

Your weekly fee is designed to cover everything needed for comfortable, dignified daily living:
- 24-hour professional care and support
- A personalised care plan, regularly reviewed
- A fully furnished private room
- All meals, snacks, and refreshments
- Housekeeping and laundry
- A full programme of activities and social events
- Utilities, maintenance, and security
- Access to all communal areas and gardens
Additional services
Some optional services are not included in the weekly fee and can be arranged if required:
Hairdressing and personal grooming
Chiropody and specialist therapies
Private transport or accompanied appointments
Personal items such as newspapers or subscriptions
All additional services are discussed and agreed in advance.
Funding your care
