Quality & CQC
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. Our latest inspection and full report are publicly available on the CQC website.
Our most recent inspection
Our most recent CQC inspection took place in March 2024. You can read the full report on the CQC website using the link below.
At Rosewood House, CQC registration covers residential care, nursing care, and dementia care for up to 24 residents.
How we maintain standards
- Permanent, salaried staff — no agency reliance for core team
- Weekly clinical leadership meetings with our Home Manager and Senior Nurse
- Monthly audits: medication, infection control, care plans, dignity
- Quarterly family feedback surveys — results published internally
- Annual external audit by an independent care-sector consultant
- Open-door policy for families and residents to raise any concern
How to give feedback
If you'd like to raise a concern, please speak to our Home Manager, Margaret — directly, confidentially, and without worry. Our full Complaints Procedure is also available.
You can also contact the CQC directly at any time. They are independent of us and will always treat your concern confidentially.
Rated across all five CQC key areas
Every CQC inspection assesses five areas of care. Read our full report for detail.
